GANA Arquitectura was the firm commissioned for the project, which was built on the foundations of an old warehouse. Their goal was to bring as much natural light as possible into the interior of the building and create an innovative façade without losing its industrial character. The Strugal S52CR lightweight façade system was the solution that made this possible. A structure consisting of mullions and transoms joined together with thermal insulation, offering various drainage and ventilation options. The result is a façade that bridges industrial tradition and transparency toward the public, with the brand taking center stage, as its logo dominates the warehouse. The Strugal Solar SS15 system was another solution implemented in the project. It consists of high-performance, flexible sunshade louvers that, thanks to the variety of finishes available, align perfectly with the design developed by the project team.
