Located on a steep hillside overlooking La Herradura Bay,  the house is spread over three levels. Access is from the upper level via an internal driveway. The bedrooms are located on this level. From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the main level of the house. The main level houses the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The main terrace and the pool are also located on this level.  Finally, the lower level features an apartment connected to the main level.
