The composite panel is made up of two sheets of aluminum joined by a core of thermoplastic resins (polyethylene). Externally, it consists of an outer layer of aluminum alloy 5005 H42/H44 lacquered with three-layer PvdF (fluorinated polyvinyl) paint that offers great resistance to corrosion and aging.
This union of materials provides the composite panel with excellent mechanical properties: high resistance to shocks, high rigidity and low weight.
