We will analyze the key criteria for the proper design of exterior openings, addressing concepts such as thermal efficiency, air permeability, airtightness, wind resistance, and sound insulation, in accordance with current regulations and using practical examples.

In addition, we will analyze the design of the blinds as a sun-shading element, taking into account dimensions, weight, operating mechanisms, and other key factors to optimize the building solution
