1. Privacy Policy.
In accordance with the provisions of current legislation, art. 24 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, RGPD), we hereby inform you that the personal data that you may provide during the use of the ‘STRUGAL Home’ Website/App will be processed by STRUGAL 2, S.L., with Tax Identification Code B-41.545.120 and address at Polígono Industrial la Red, calle Nueve, Parcela 11 (41500 Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla), in its capacity as Data Controller. Hereinafter referred to as ‘STRUGAL’.
2. Data Collection.
Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of art. 13 of the RGPD concerning the information that must be provided when personal data is collected from the data subject, we shall provide you with the following information:
Visiting the Website/App does not imply that the user is obliged to provide any information about himself/herself. However, the use of some of the services available on the Web/App depends on the completion of personal information forms.
The data requested in the different forms on the Web/App are those necessary to provide the services requested. Refusal to provide the data indicated as necessary may result in the impossibility of adequately providing said services. Likewise, you may provide data on a voluntary basis so that these services can be provided in an optimal manner.
Likewise, certain functionalities of the Web/App depend on you authorising the processing of your personal data. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 of the RGPD, the user consents to the use of the data for the stated purpose from the moment he/she incorporates said personal data and accepts its incorporation.
The User shall be responsible for ensuring that the data provided to STRUGAL is true, accurate, complete and up to date. To this effect, the User shall be responsible for the veracity of all data provided and must keep the information provided duly updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his or her real situation.
Likewise, the User shall be liable for any false or inaccurate information provided through the Web/App and for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that this may cause to STRUGAL or third parties.
The User's data shall be retained for as long as they are necessary for the provision of the services requested and, once such provision has been completed, the User's data shall be retained for the legally required periods of time for any possible liabilities arising from the service provided.
In the case of registered Users, the processing of data will be maintained until the request for cancellation of the account created.
The processing of the User's data by STRUGAL is based on the User's request for the services made available through the Website/App or, as the case may be, on the consent requested for specific purposes, which may be withdrawn at any time. However, in the event of withdrawal of consent, this shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.
The personal data provided by the User will not be communicated to third parties, unless this is necessary for the provision of the services requested or when the User has expressly accepted their communication. The consent or acceptance of this Privacy Policy implies the User's authorisation to communicate his or her personal data to third parties in order to guarantee an adequate and correct provision of the services requested. Notwithstanding the foregoing, those employees or personnel subcontracted by STRUGAL or any of its subsidiaries shall not be considered third parties and, therefore, shall not have access to the personal data, provided that access to their data is essential for the provision of the services requested.
3. Security of the information.
STRUGAL shall treat the User's data at all times in the strictest confidence and shall maintain the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect thereto, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed.
4. Confidentiality and Professional Secrecy.
Any private communications that may take place between STRUGAL personnel and Users or visitors shall be considered confidential. Access to this information is restricted by means of technological tools and strict internal controls.
5. Rights of the Users.
The User may send a letter to the e-mail address legal@strugal.com or the postal address of STRUGAL, i.e. referred to at the beginning of this Policy, with the reference ‘Data Protection’, enclosing a photocopy of his/her identity document, at any time, in order to:
- Revoke the consents granted.
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- To obtain from STRUGAL, the limitation of the processing of the data when any of the conditions set forth in the data protection regulations are met.
- To request the portability of their data.
- File a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency when the interested party considers that STRUGAL has infringed the rights recognised by the applicable data protection regulations.
STRUGAL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to any new legislation that may be applicable.
