Minutos de Arquitectura. Pedro Portillo y Francisco Sanjuán

The philosophy of Luis Vidal Architects is, above all, quality and adding value for our clients. All our projects take innovation, flexibility, and sustainability into account.

We have distributed all the buildings along two axes: a north-south axis, which is the axis of knowledge, where all the classrooms are located, and an east-west axis, which is where we propose spiritual development. The library is located on one side and the chapel on the other. The heart of the project is a large plaza, where the knowledge axis and the spiritual axis of the buildings intersect. All academic life takes place in this large plaza.

Sustainability is embodied through architecture. For us, architecture is the first step we must take to achieve a sustainable building.

The biggest challenge has been technological, as we have incorporated slabs that have caused some complications, in addition to the 4- and 5-meter cantilevers.

With regard to the execution of the project, the STRUGAL S74RP OPTIMA folding system in the concealed leaf version has been used.

We chose the STRUGAL brand for this project, above all because it met all the technical quality requirements.
