AUTHORISATION FOR THE USE OF IMAGE

In accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Organic Law 3/2018 and Articles 7 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, you hereby give your express consent to STRUGAL 2, S.L., Tax Identification Number (CIF) B-41.545.120, with its registered office at Polígono Industrial La Red, Calle Nueve, Parcela 47 (Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville, Spain), and to any companies that belong or may come to belong to its group of companies, in accordance with Article 42 of the Spanish Commercial Code, to exercise, as assignees, the following image rights:

1. The right to capture your image by means of photographic and video recording techniques.
2. The right to reproduce the photographs and videos taken on any medium and to publish them on websites, social media platforms or any other means of communication.
3. The right to publish, publicly display and transfer the photographs and recordings to third parties.

Accordingly, the assignment of the aforementioned rights set out in this document shall be authorised exclusively for commercial or advertising purposes related to the activities of the assignee companies.

By signing this document, the undersigned declares that the authorisation granted above does not affect their reputation, dignity or honour. Consequently, they acknowledge that it does not constitute any unlawful interference with their right to privacy and expressly waive any right to compensation, damages or any other form of moral redress, as well as any payment from any of the assignee companies in consideration for the use of their image.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability and objection, in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy of Strugal 2, S.L.
