Victoria Bear turns to Malaga with an industrial design opened to outside

The Project, designed by Gana Arquitecture Studio, presents an innovative façade which performed with Strugal S52CR Curtain Wall system.

Gana Arquitecture has been commissioned with the project, which has been built on under the foundations of an old warehouse. The idea was to find a solution to provide the higher quantity of natural light to the interior of the factory and achieve a state of the art façade without losing the industrial aspect. And this aim was achieved with Strugal S52CR light façade system. A structure of mullions and transoms connected between them by thermal insulation with different possibilities for drainage and ventilation.

Strugal Solar SS15 was another of the solutions applied to the project. There are solar shading that of high performance and flexibility and thanks to the diversity of finishings match with the design developed by the responsible of the project.

The new factory Victoria Beer, Malaga develops its industrial activity. The company, opened to the city, apart from the production process and packing, prepared spacious areas for tasting sessions and cultural events.

An ambitious project of 3374 meters built, where the façade is the main attraction, representing an architectural landmark in Malaga.
